Once payment has been made for any of our services, consultancy packages, subscriptions, courses, or digital tools, it is considered final and non-refundable. This policy applies universally and is clearly disclosed prior to purchase. We strictly follow this approach to:

2. Free Trial or One-Time Preview

This allows you to assess the service quality, value, and applicability to your needs. Once you proceed with a paid plan after using the trial, it is assumed you are fully satisfied and accept the terms of our no-refund policy.

3. Digital & Custom Services

Many of our offerings involve customized consultations, deliverables, software access, or personalized strategies that begin processing immediately after purchase. As such, these services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or personal scheduling issues.

4. Exceptions (Discretionary Only)

In rare and specific cases where a service was not delivered at all due to an error on our part, a partial refund may be considered strictly at management’s discretion. All such requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of purchase with full details and evidence.

5. Subscription and Renewal Terms

All subscription-based services (if applicable) are billed in advance. Clients are responsible for managing or canceling their subscriptions prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused time after the billing date.

Any chargebacks, disputes, or refund abuse will result in immediate account suspension and legal response if necessary.
